FAQ: Luxe Indulgers Candles

1. Are the candles truly handmade?
Yes! Each candle is lovingly handcrafted and hand-poured, making every product unique.

2. What type of wax is used?
We use all-natural soy wax to ensure a clean, eco-friendly burn.

3. Why is the candle weight approximate?
Our candles contain between 4.5oz and 5.3oz of soy wax. Due to the handmade process, slight variations in weight may occur.

4. How long do the candles burn?
Each candle has an estimated burn time of up to 30 hours, though this may vary depending on the candle’s weight, burning conditions, and care.

5. Why does my candle have frosting, discoloration, or surface texture?
These are natural traits of soy wax and do not affect the quality or performance of the candle. Frosting, slight discoloration, and surface textures such as cracking, small holes, or detaching are completely normal.

6. How can I maximize my candle’s burn time?
To get the best burn from your candle:

  • We trim the wick to 1/4 inch when making your candle, so it’s ready to use right away. After the first burn, check the wick before relighting. If it’s longer than 1/4 inch, trim it back to avoid excessive flickering or soot.
  • Let the wax melt to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
  • Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

Disclaimer:

Our candles are handmade and hand-poured using all-natural soy wax, which means no two candles are exactly alike.

  • Each candle contains between 4.5oz and 5.3oz of wax.
  • Burn time is estimated at up to 30 hours, but may vary based on the candle’s weight, burn conditions, and usage.
  • Due to the natural characteristics of soy wax, frosting, slight discoloration, surface texture variations (such as cracking, small holes, or detaching), and occasional imperfections are completely normal and do not impact the candle’s quality or performance.
